Kooky Cookies are dedicated to providing exceptional service. If you have sent or received cookies with which you are delighted, or are not entirely happy with, please contact us. We endeavour to respond to all queries within 24 hours.
Our Products
All our cookies may contain traces of other nuts and sesame seeds. Because our cookies are handmade there may be a slight variation in colour and design. For more information and a list of ingredients please click here.
Corporate, Couture and Wedding Favour Cookies
For purchasers of corporate, couture and wedding favour products the following shall apply:
All necessary artwork or colour swatches must be received by us at least 21 days before the intended delivery date of the products for orders under 200 pieces. This enables us time to supply a sample for your approval. For orders of over 200 pieces, please contact us for lead times.
As food colouring has limitations, we cannot guarantee exact colour matches from artwork or swatches supplied. We strongly suggest that you order a sample before placing your order.
We always try to work to our customers deadline if our schedule permits. If we accept an order without a sample being supplied, we will not be held responsible for any colour variations or errors in artwork supplied.
We have your permission to use your artwork and logos for the purposes of printing and fulfilling the order.
Where bespoke cookies are requested and approved and the order is subsequently cancelled by the purchaser we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the value of the product.
Contract
Full payment is required before we commence baking. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that the order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provided. After payment has been processed, we cannot accept changes to your order.
For corporate customers with orders of over Ł500 we may offer credit terms of 30days net. This is subject to opening an account with Kooky Cookies, which can take up to 60 days.
Price
Prices payable for products that you can order online are as shown on our website.
You will be required to pay extra for delivery and the charges are shown during the order process.
Re-Sale
You are not permitted to sell and must not offer for sale or re-sell any of our products without written permission from Kooky Cookies.
Delivery of Products
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the mainland UK delivery address you give us at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses. In the case of certain locations where a third party is involved such as offices, hospitals, hotels and other business locations the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
All our cookies are baked to order and delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm. We use UPS couriers and Royal Mail and all our deliveries have to be signed for. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra charges caused by industrial action, incorrect address information, re-delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control.
We make every effort to ensure our cookies arrive on your requested delivery date. For time sensitive orders such as a birthday gift, we recommend you schedule delivery for the day before the event. For delivery to remote areas of UK, please allow an extra day for transit. We cannot offer refunds for late delivery.
For orders that are collected, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage, once the cookies have left our premises.
Liability
We take great care in packaging our cookies safely for delivery, we send our cookies in specially designed packaging created to ensure the cookies arrive in perfect condition. However accidents can happen so if any of your decorated cookies arrive completely broken, the damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt to be considered for credit/refund. We may require the cookies be returned to us or photographed as proof of damage before any credit/refund is issued.
We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses including loss of profits, business or goodwill, arising out of any problem you notify to us and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund the amount paid by you for the products in question.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer, under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Intellectual Property
You agree that you will not infringe any rights including Intellectual property rights of any person including, without limitation, copying, reproducing or otherwise modifying any material found on this website. All content and programming of the Kooky Cookies website is the property of Kooky Cookies. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Kooky Cookies website without written permission from Kooky Cookies.
Use of this Website
We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this website, any failures, delays, or interruptions in the shipment of orders, delivery or downloading of any content contained on the website, any costs, losses, expenses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on the website or any conduct by users of the website.
Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy
Governing law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
