DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the mainland UK delivery address you give us at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses. In the case of certain locations where a third party is involved such as offices, hospitals, hotels and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
All our cookies are baked to order and delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm. We use UPS couriers and Royal Mail and all our deliveries have to be signed for. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra charges caused by industrial action, incorrect address information, re-delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control.
We make every effort to ensure our cookies arrive on your requested delivery date. For time sensitive orders such as a birthday gift, we recommend you schedule delivery for the day before the event. For delivery to remote areas of UK, please allow an extra day for transit. We cannot offer refunds for late delivery.
For orders that are collected, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage, once the cookies have left our premises.
